About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our existing and new customers, answering questions about our pool services, and helping to resolve any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that all customers receive the support they need to make informed decisions about our pool services.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs, providing personalized recommendations and support whenever possible.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions, testing different scenarios and impersonating users to ensure that we're always improving our services and providing the best possible experience for our customers.
  • Update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers, helping us to refine our services and improve our customer support processes.
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance, ensuring that all customers feel heard and supported, even in a public forum.
  • Inform customers about new offers or services, helping to drive sales and increase customer engagement with our brand.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure that their pool technical issues are resolved, providing ongoing support and ensuring that all customers are completely satisfied with our services.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with technician teams, helping us to continually improve our services and provide the best possible experience for our customers.
  • Oversee the route optimization for technicians, ensuring that our teams are always working efficiently and effectively to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer-facing role. Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus, but not essential – we're looking for talented and motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team. You'll also need to have an understanding of how CRM systems work, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Multi-tasking abilities and patience when handling challenging customers and situations are also essential.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with the pool industry (desirable but not essential).
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Multi-tasking abilities.
  • Patience when handling challenging customers and situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a remote or part-time customer support role.
