Essential Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, and to build strong relationships with them.
 - Strong Problem-Solving Abilities and Attention to Detail: The ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them efficiently, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
 - Prior Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry, is highly desirable.
