Responsibilities
Maintain insurance agent licenses in internal systems
Terminating insurance agents who have not complied with client requirements
Manage agent appointments
Maintain appointment processes
Send out letters via email and using MS Word
Input data for new variable and fixed annuity paperwork by entering data into administrative systems
Carries out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines
Complies with all company and site policies and procedures
Makes a positive contribution as demonstrated by; making suggestions for improvement and learning new skills, procedures and processes
Performs other duties as required
Carries out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines.
Qualification
Required
Maintain insurance agent licenses in internal systems
Terminating insurance agents who have not complied with client requirements
Manage agent appointments
Maintain appointment processes
May receive 18000-30000 items to work through in 1 month
Send out letters via email and using MS Word
Detail oriented, time management, fast paced, organized
Work within internal and external systems
Input data for new variable and fixed annuity paperwork by entering data into administrative systems
Carries out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines
Complies with all company and site policies and procedures
Makes a positive contribution as demonstrated by; making suggestions for improvement and learning new skills, procedures and processes
Performs other duties as required

Non-exempt position eligible for overtime if required
