As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that issues are resolved or escalated as needed.
- Collaborate with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless coordination and handling of listings and support tickets.
- Manage your workload independently, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity with minimal supervision.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and updates.
- Work closely with your teammate to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, including rotating weekends (approximately 2 weekends per month).
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you remain proficient in the latest tools and technologies.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Native U.S. English speaking ability, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and task management ability, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for your work and outcomes.
- Proficiency in using modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA (training will be provided if you're not already familiar with these tools).
- A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Previous experience in customer support or a related field, although not necessary – we're happy to train the right candidates.
