Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English).
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues related to products and/or services.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred.
• Offer additional products and/or services to customers.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Fluency in both French and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• A quiet, distraction-free work environment at home.
• The ability to multitask quickly and efficiently.
• A desire to learn new technologies.
• Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge.
• A desktop or laptop computer for performing PC and internet tests (a work computer may be provided depending on the position).
• High-speed internet (not wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.

Preferred qualifications include:

• An associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or technology certification.
• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology.
