Job Overview

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance over the phone or through email. Key Responsibilities

  • Walk customers through and explain billing types, charges, and rates, ensuring a clear understanding of their accounts and any related issues.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience servicing customers within a call center and billing environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support.
  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
  • Computer literate with PC knowledge and the ability to navigate through multiple applications effortlessly, with a strong understanding of software and technology.
  • Able to provide own personal headset that is either a USB plugin or corded, and acceptable internet access must be wired, where an Ethernet cable is connected to the computer and router and mouse.
  • Effective keyboarding and computer skills, with the ability to type at least 35 wpm minimum, and strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to achieve quality work performance.
  • Fluent in Spanish, with excellent language skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak Spanish as their primary language.
  • High school diploma or GED required, with a strong educational foundation and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
