Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a call center or remote support environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
