  • Supporting and leading ad hoc projects generated by blithequark Sales Channels, preparing reports as requested, and educating customers on blithequark products and services
  • Meeting or exceeding critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity, and drafting routine client and customer correspondence
  • Responding to questions, resolving problems, and directing calls to appropriate resources, while acting as a liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers
  • Providing order activity updates to Sales Support Manager or Supervisor, and coordinating and processing off-line orders as needed
  • Acting as backup phone support during periods of high call volume or point of contact for customers in the absence of the sales force

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in data entry and payroll processing
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines and performance standards
