Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at blithequark, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing large amounts of incoming calls and generating sales leads.
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Taking the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of experience in sales and customer service roles with customer-facing responsibilities.
- The ability to be trustworthy and work independently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and CRM applications.
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Bilingualism is considered an asset.
- A minimum of 3 years of customer service and sales experience.
- Some college or vocational school education is preferred.
Other Details
Please note the following:
- This is a position that requires all work shift availability, including nights and weekends.
- Providing daycare or homeschooling on a regular basis for children or other dependents is not permitted.
- The chosen applicant will be required to successfully complete background and employment reference checks.
- Training starts immediately, and hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8 am-8 pm, Saturday, 10 am-7 pm, and Sunday, 1 pm-4 pm EST.
Work from Home Office Requirements
To work from home, you will need:
- To reside in the Continental United States and be a US citizen.
- A designated workspace that is free from noise and other distractions.
- A remote office internet connection with high-speed internet access (not a hotspot).
- A PC or laptop (not a Chromebook or Mac) with at least 8GB RAM and a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768.
- A headset (not mandatory).
