About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative / Data Entry at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include fielding inbound communications, coordinating scheduling, organizing internal resources, liaising with visitors, communicating policies and procedures, and facilitating executive-level operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound communications: Answer phone calls and general email inquiries, and route them to the appropriate internal parties as needed.
  • Coordinate scheduling: Set up meetings based on cross-functional availability for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize internal resources: Build out and maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.
  • Liaise with visitors: Act as the point person for office guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and any necessary support.
  • Communicate policies and procedures: Alert employees of new processes, rules, and regulations, and provide guidance on implementation.
  • Facilitate executive-level operations: Book travel, submit expense reports, and send communications for high-level staff as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
