Key Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of calls
• Engage with 40-50 callers daily, with 1-5 potentially qualifying for our services, and provide personalized support and guidance throughout the process
• Multitask efficiently, listening to callers, answering questions, and navigating multiple software applications, including our proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) and phone software (VICI)
• Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, and contribute to the growth and success of our business
• Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, and stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
• Troubleshoot basic IT issues and maintain a reliable and efficient home workspace, with a strong focus on technical proficiency and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey, with a quiet and distraction-free workspace that meets our technical requirements
• Have a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (with 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and a 1.2 GHz or faster CPU), and high-speed internet (with a minimum of 50Mbps download and 100MBps upload)
• Use a reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB (such as a gaming headset with a mic), and have a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles
• Have 2+ years of phone sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success and a strong understanding of industry best practices

What We Offer

We also offer eligible employees the opportunity to work overtime outside of the training period, and provide a competitive salary range that starts at $17.31/hour, with commissions and bonuses that can increase total compensation to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+).

Hours of Operation

We operate on a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, with the following hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern
• Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
• Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, and Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
