Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain solutions group, you will be responsible for managing projects that improve service performance and engagement with customers, including the design and implementation of new solutions and issue resolution. Your expertise in advanced business analysis, database tools, and quantitative analytical solutions will be instrumental in driving innovative and quality results, as well as forecasting and improving techniques that enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects related to supply chain solutions that improve service performance and engagement with customers, including design and implementation of new solutions and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement quantitative analytical solutions to support strategic performance and customer experience initiatives.
- Utilize advanced business analysis skills, database tools, and generated data to improve techniques that drive innovative and quality, customer-centric results and forecasting.
- Proactively develop recommendations for blithequark/customer opportunities and internal processes within cross-departmental projects.
- Maintain positive, effective relationships with key internal and external contacts, including presentation of analytical results and solution recommendations to stakeholders on a regular cadence.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Four (4) years of work experience in external customer problem resolution.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Directly related experience may offset degree requirements.
- Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master Export Specialist (MES) certification.
- Customs Broker License.
- Quality improvement certification and/or experience, such as QDM, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management.
- Coordination of air and ocean shipments, including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking.
- Customs import controls and clearance experience.
- Certified Export Specialist (CES) certification.
- Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) certification.
Skills and Competencies
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team. Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically are also essential. Proficiency in database tools, business software applications, and quantitative analytical solutions is required.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $5,364.26/month to $9,476.86/month, depending on experience and location.
