About the Role: Customer Service Representative – Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • 1 year of call center experience (preferred), with knowledge of call center software and systems
  • Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs (required)
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing
  • Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment, with knowledge of remote work tools and software
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
