About the Role

As a Remote Social Media Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the voice of our brand, interacting with Disney fans and customers across various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a magical experience for all. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a social media or remote support environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging responses.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and tools, with experience in managing multiple accounts and responding to customer inquiries.
