Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join our team remotely. As a Customer Support Specialist at Blithequark, you will become an expert in using our software, providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring excellent service and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their issues.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to the Blithequark software, collaborating with our development team when necessary.
- Identify and document bugs or issues in the Blithequark software, contributing to its continuous improvement.
- Develop technical documentation for internal and external use, enhancing the usability and understanding of our software.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution, striving for excellence in every interaction.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at Blithequark, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support or a similar role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues efficiently.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM and customer support software such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
- Familiarity with cloud-based software and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
