**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email support
* Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing various tools and systems to determine customer requests, charging, and payment issues
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
* Identifying upsell opportunities and making recommendations to customers for our latest products and services
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
**What You'll Do Every Day**
* Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact center environment handling a high volume of customer interactions
* Utilize multiple tools and systems to resolve customer requests and maintain accurate records
* Provide clear and concise explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services
* Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to Level 3 support when necessary
* Work a set schedule, including breaks, snacks, and designated time for availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional support

* Competitive hourly rate of $19.61, plus up to $12,000 in commissions per year, based on meeting business objectives

**What We're Looking For**
* Call center or customer support experience
* Flexibility to work any schedule during peak times is essential; explicit work tasks may require day, night, weekend, or holiday hours
* Intermittent overtime may be required
**WFH Requirements**
* You will require confirmed internet access (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and a established dedicated workspace (desk, chair, power plug, direct LAN connection)
* blithequark will provide all the equipment you'll need to get started! (console, screen, PC, phone, etc.)
* Your workspace should be in compliance with WFH principles (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Workspace policy, etc.) and you will participate in workspace reviews (e.g., remote workspace inspection, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, photos of workspace setup, video visits, etc.)
