As a remote work opportunity, this role offers the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and services, including counseling patients on medication use, performing clinical and administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care. This is a full-time remote work opportunity, requiring 8 hours of work per day, with a competitive hourly rate of $26. **Key Responsibilities** * Provides patient counseling and education on medication use, side effects, interactions, and contraindications * Performs clinical and administrative tasks, including compounding, medication management, and record-keeping * Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication lists and treatment plans * Collaborates with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care * Participates in quality improvement initiatives and contributes to the development of policies and procedures * Maintains current knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards of practice * Stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in pharmacy and healthcare through ongoing education and training **Patient Experience** * Greets patients warmly and provides exceptional customer service * Listens actively to patients' concerns and responds promptly to their needs * Models and promotes client service best practices with colleagues to deliver a positive patient experience * Participates in patient engagement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes **Clinical Services** * Performs clinical and administrative tasks, including compounding, medication management, and record-keeping * Provides immunizations, diagnostic testing, and other clinical services as needed * Collaborates with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care * Participates in quality improvement initiatives and contributes to the development of policies and procedures **Individuals and Performance Management** * Supports the Drug Store Administrator with staff hiring and training * Develops and implements performance management plans to improve colleague performance and engagement * Fosters collaboration and teamwork among colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives **Preparation and Self-Awareness** * Maintains current knowledge and required licensure/credentialing/ certification as outlined by government and state guidelines * Stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in pharmacy and healthcare through ongoing education and training * Seeks feedback and coaching from colleagues and supervisors to improve performance and achieve goals **Essential Capabilities** * BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution * Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the region * Experience performing prescription dispensing exercises that demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant state and federal controlled substance regulations * Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire **Favored Capabilities** * At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and management, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and colleagues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $26 * Full-time remote work opportunity with flexible scheduling * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and education programs * Collaborative and supportive work environment with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and compassionate pharmacist looking to make a difference in the lives of patients, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
