**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, data entry, and patient enrollment services to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This is a full-time remote position, and you'll be required to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inbound calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner
* Enter patient and medication data into our system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Handle patient medicine demands, entering top-off orders and resolving any issues that may arise
* Investigate missing solution data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes)
* Resolve data entry-related exceptions and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed
* Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Identify and convey issues to senior-level staff as needed
* Maintain a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the first 90 days of employment and keep a current license or certification
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Essential level computer skills, including:
	+ Starting and closing the computer
	+ Using the mouse to point and click
	+ Starting and closing programs
	+ Switching between programs
	+ Saving files
	+ Printing documents
	+ Accessing data online
* Essential web browsing skills, including:
	+ Opening a program
	+ Composing URLs in the correct location
	+ Using a web search engine
	+ Bookmarking a website
	+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons
	+ Completing forms online
* Middle-of-the-road keyboarding skills, including:
	+ Typing at least 25 words per minute
	+ Typing by memory
	+ Organizing files
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
* 18 years or older
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived certification office
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
* Middle-of-the-road to advanced level keyboarding skills, including:
	+ Typing at least 35 words per minute
	+ Typing by memory
	+ Organizing files
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
