**Job Summary**
As an Entry-Level Application Administrator at blithequark, you will be responsible for performing entry-level application administration tasks, including building organizations and users in Link, and supporting the divisions with their application administration needs. You will work closely with end users to set up their organization and user credentials, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless transition to our new application.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Build organizations and users in Link, using manual and automated tools
* Support the divisions with their application administration needs, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
* Work closely with end users to set up their organization and user credentials
* Provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless transition to our new application
* Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve application administration issues
* Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (greater than 40 wpm)
* Excellent command of the English language (bilingual, English and Spanish, a plus)
* Proficient in Word and Excel
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong communication and customer service skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience a plus
* Experience with application administration and troubleshooting
* Familiarity with Link and other application administration tools
