Outbound Call Center Representative ( Remote )

What to Expect
Location: Must reside in or near Tempe, AZ - Day 1: 1524 W 14th Street, Ste 120, Tempe, AZ.
This is a remote role; however, you will need to attend in person at our Tempe location for your first day.
Start Date: November 10, 2025
Schedules Available:
• Sun-Thurs 9:00am-5:30pm or Sun-Thurs 10:30am-7:00pm
• Tues-Sat 9:00am-5:30pm
• Tues-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm & Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm

As a Donor Outreach Coordinator, you’ll get to:
• Use your call center skills/high level customer service skills, in an environment of mission driven purpose.
• Enhance the donor experience by providing quality customer service while inspiring donors to realize their life-transforming potential.
• Collaborate within a supportive team atmosphere, contributing to a positive work environment and goals.
• Retain donors by scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently providing excellent customer service.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Call center experience is a plus!
• Must be comfortable with high volume outbound calls.
• Must be comfortable with achieving and maintaining required contact center metrics.
