As a key player in our customer success team, you will be instrumental in driving the launch of our Spanish-language offering in Latin America and fostering strong relationships with our Hispanic customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer service tickets from Spanish-speaking students via Zendesk and WhatsApp, ensuring timely resolutions within 24 hours on weekdays.
- Maintain up-to-date customer accounts across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and collaborate with the team to devise effective solutions in both English and Spanish.
- Utilize our payment processing system to facilitate refunds, subscription changes, and other customer requests.
- Develop and maintain Customer Service Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our brand, driving continuous improvement.
- Work independently as a self-starter, managing your time and tasks efficiently to meet expectations.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in using the following tech stack: Slack, Asana, Dropbox, Searchie (Membership.Io), ZenDesk, Chargebee, Keap, Loom, and Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with Instagram marketing and online business operations.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and growth.
