Your Role: Automotive Customer Service Representative
As an Automotive Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers from all walks of life and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, with opportunities to grow and develop your skills. Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
 - Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise
 - Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
 - Respond to requests for assistance and/or process payments
 - Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
 - Provide feedback on call issues and suggest improvements
 - Upsell if required, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
 
Qualifications and Requirements
We're looking for fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months of customer service experience (preferred, but not essential)
 - To be over 18 years of age
 - A high school diploma or GED
 - The ability to type at least 25 words per minute
 - Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
 - Proven oral and written communication skills
 - Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
 - A reliable internet connection with a minimum download rate of 25 Mbps and upload rate of 10 Mbps
 - A clean and quiet workspace
