This role is pivotal in designing and developing comprehensive learning programs that cater to the needs of new hires and seasoned investigators within the Payment Gat Risk Operations (PRO) vertical, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
About the Role
As a Learning Experience Designer at blithequark, you will be at the forefront of creating engaging, effective learning experiences that span digital, blended, and classroom-based training content. This multifaceted role involves not only designing and developing learning programs but also managing stakeholders, setting and maintaining high Instructional Design standards, and coaching peers to achieve excellence. You will own the curriculum lifecycle from analysis through evaluation, ensuring the highest level of instructional integrity and continually seeking ways to improve learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing Engaging Learning Experiences:
    
- Create compelling e-learning content for on-the-job performance improvement using authoring tools such as StoryUSC, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools.
 - Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles to ensure learning content remains relevant and effective.
 - Mentor or coach new Learning Experience Designers and apprentices on design principles and processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
 - Collaborate with customers to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions that address those needs.
 - Contribute to the refinement of processes and curriculum templates to streamline the development of new training materials.
 
 - Consulting on Programs:
    
- Utilize project management skills and tools to oversee multiple medium to large-scale projects concurrently, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
 - Integrate data collection and feedback mechanisms into learning solutions to generate actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience, driving continuous performance improvement.
 - Conduct thorough analysis to identify key tasks and skills to target in the curriculum and evaluate the impact of learning programs on key performance and business metrics.
 - Collaborate with global stakeholders, including Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO teams, to identify knowledge gaps and develop tailored training content.

The WW Customer Trust Training Learning Experience Design (LXD) team at blithequark is a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to creating exceptional learning experiences. The team comprises Learning Experience Designers, Project/Program Managers, and Managers who work together to support associates and investigators through new hire training, upskilling, and other critical training initiatives. The team's mission is to enhance learner capabilities and performance through innovative curriculum design, localization, video-based learning, and proactive curriculum maintenance, always measuring the learner experience through feedback and evaluation.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
 - 5+ years of working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams, showcasing your ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
 - 5+ years of experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics, highlighting your analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, providing a solid foundation in instructional design principles and practices.
 - Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to inform improvements, demonstrating your understanding of how to drive meaningful change.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership, indicating your capability to manage large-scale projects and present findings effectively.
 - 5+ years of experience in driving process improvements, showcasing your ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
 - 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional projects, highlighting your interpersonal and project management skills.
 - 3+ years of change management experience, demonstrating your ability to navigate and lead change initiatives.
