A Day in the Life of a Member Solutions Advocate at blithequark
As a Member Solutions Advocate based at our headquarters, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members via telephone, addressing a wide array of needs. Members will reach out to you to make loan payments, inquire about account balances, and open new accounts. You'll also assist with requests for statements and provide support with navigating our website, online banking, and bill pay features. This role demands flexibility and the ability to seamlessly transition between different transactions in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members via telephone, addressing their queries and resolving issues efficiently.
 - Process transactions, including loan payments and new account openings, with accuracy and attention to detail.
 - Assist members with navigating our digital services, including online banking and bill pay.
 - Respond to member inquiries regarding account balances, statements, and other related matters.
 - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark's products and services to effectively support members.
 - Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve overall service quality.
 
Skills & Requirements
To succeed as a Member Solutions Advocate at blithequark, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members and staff at all levels.
 - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
 - Ability to navigate our mobile app and website proficiently.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of credit union products and services.
 - Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
 - Previous customer service experience in a financial institution or similar environment.
