In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system while ensuring confidentiality and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images
- Identify document types based on provided documentation
- Review and verify that entered data meets or exceeds quality requirements
- Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards
- Professionally interact with other staff as needed
- Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes
- Complete all tasks for the day
- Perform other basic office duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay focused and on-task
- Experience in data entry or similar roles preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and move quickly
- High attention to detail while being efficient
- Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions
- Required to maintain confidentiality of client data
- Proficient in reading and speaking English
- Typing speed: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy
- KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy
