Experienced Customer Service Advocate II – Outbound Representative for Delivering Exceptional Member and Provider Experiences

Job Overview
As a Customer Service Advocate II – Outbound at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering education and information to our members and providers. Your primary focus will be on making outbound calls to provide timely, accurate, and personalized support, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to members and/or providers via outbound calls to provide educational or informational support, addressing concerns, and gathering information to ensure a successful experience.
 - Escalate calls when necessary to ensure that providers can deliver solutions, and serve as the front-line support for various member and provider inquiries, requests, or concerns.
 - Assist with sharing product awareness campaigns, policy changes, directory audits, monthly provider satisfaction surveys, and basic claims-related outreach with providers.
 - Maintain performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics, and expand your knowledge on primary market and/or plan, with potential opportunities to cover additional markets and/or plans.
 - Document information, including demographics, call summaries, and communications, for quality and performance tracking through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
 - Remain up-to-date on quality standards, regulations, and policies to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance, and perform other duties as assigned.
 
Education and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of related experience in a customer-facing environment.
 - Preferably, experience in a contact center environment, with vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience.
 - Continuous learning and on-the-job training may be required to expand your knowledge and skills.
 
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with members and providers.
 - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and performance standards.
 - Basic computer skills, with proficiency in CRM applications and other software systems.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a healthcare or insurance environment, with knowledge of benefits eligibility and claims-related processes.
 - Additional education or training in customer service, communications, or a related field.
 - Certifications or licenses in customer service, such as CCSP or CSS.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive pay range of $17.17 - $26.97 per hour, with actual pay adjusted based on individual skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors. Our total compensation package may also include additional forms of incentives, such as bonuses or rewards for outstanding performance.
