How You Will Make an Impact

  • Learn specific client loyalty program guidelines to provide expert support.
  • Answer all incoming inquiries directed to you through various media channels (phone, email, chat), ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Approach each day with a positive, professional, customer-centric, and team-oriented attitude, embodying the values of blithequark.

  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and helpfully, both verbally and in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Ability to attend a 7-week Training Program (remotely) with 100% attendance, showcasing your commitment to learning and growth.
  • Basic computer knowledge with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), enabling you to efficiently utilize our systems and tools.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (or equivalent experience), providing a solid background in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Strong customer service orientation with external/internal customers, ensuring that you can provide exceptional support and build lasting relationships.
  • A collaborative nature to work within assigned teams, fostering a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect.
  • Good problem-solving ability to effectively guide customers through solutions, utilizing critical thinking and creativity.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all interactions are handled with precision and care.
  • A "whatever it takes" attitude to care for customers, demonstrating your dedication to delivering outstanding service and support.
