Key Responsibilities
- Listen to and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
 - Have a high school diploma or equivalent
 - Have experience with data-entry utilizing a computer and the ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
 - Have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
 - Be able to read and speak English fluently
 - Have a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)
 - Be highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
 - Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
 - Be able to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
 - Have an aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation to ensure effective issue resolution
 - Be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious) with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center environment
 - State or Federal work experience
