Job Summary

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with excellent written communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, with basic computer skills and familiarity with navigating the internet.
  • The ability to type at least 40 words per minute, with strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
