Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry professional at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You will be responsible for accurately inputting data from various sources, verifying and correcting data discrepancies, and maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input data into Blithequark systems from various sources, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Verification and Correction: Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity and quality.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to data privacy principles and company guidelines.
  • Data Quality Control and Reporting: Assist with data quality control and reporting tasks, ensuring that data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines, and communicate effectively through written and verbal channels.
  • Adherence to Company Procedures: Follow company procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity and quality, and to maintain a high level of productivity.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with data entry software and systems a plus.
  • Typing Speed and Accuracy: Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Data Privacy Principles: Basic understanding of data privacy principles and the ability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.

Experience

No prior experience is required for this role; however, previous data entry or clerical experience is a plus. We offer comprehensive training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this position.

Working Hours

As an Entry-Level Data Entry professional at Blithequark, you will enjoy flexible working hours with the ability to set your own schedule. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
