As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives. Here are just a few of the key responsibilities you'll be expected to fulfill:- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
 - Engage with customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving any issues that may arise and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
 - Register sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
 - Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest trade-up and/or companion items to enhance their shopping experience.
 - Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, taking inventory and maintaining records as required.
 - Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss, ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
 - Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise, completing resets and revisions as directed.
 - Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy shopping environment.
 - Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
 - Assume web pick-up responsibilities, monitoring orders in Picture Care Plus, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
 - Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
 - Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers.
 - Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned by management.
 
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential and preferred qualifications:- Essential Qualifications:
    
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
 - Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
 
 - Preferred Qualifications:
    
- Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
 - Prefer prior work experience with blithequark.
 - Prefer to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
