As a Ticket/Gate Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the check-in and boarding process, and ensuring their travel documentation is accurate. We believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we're dedicated to providing opportunities for growth and development to help our employees succeed. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ticket/Gate Agent, your primary responsibilities will include: * Owning the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation. * Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds. * Operating loading bridges. * Opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors. * Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport. **Scheduling and Work Environment** Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule, and you'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.
