**Experienced Customer Support Representative – Sales and Customer Service Expert**

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as our customers' business needs and objectives
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
* Collaborating with our Account Managers to develop and implement sales strategies, meet sales targets, and drive business growth
* Processing and managing customer orders, including quoting sales prices, credit terms, and other relevant information
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers, including scheduling regular meetings and calls to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
* Analyzing and monitoring data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market news to provide informed insights and recommendations to our customers and team members
* Participating in sales meetings, training events, and product seminars to stay informed and develop new skills
* Creating customer sales forecasts and project pipelines to support business planning and decision-making

**Administrative**
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Filling out and maintaining customer profiles, company files, order forms, and documents as required
* Submitting daily planner/call reports, sales plans for existing customers, forecasts, and customer activity reports in a timely manner
* Submitting new customer credit applications on behalf of the assigned Account Manager
* Analyzing and monitoring data to effectively manage customer accounts
* Utilizing computer programs and other systems to effectively conduct business
**Interaction within the company**
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be expected to:
* Comply with all company policies and directives
* Operate within stated timelines and deadlines
* Develop positive relationships and communicate effectively with all fellow employees within blithequark
**Qualifications**
To perform this job successfully, you must:
* Possess a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma as a minimum
* Communicate accurately and effectively in all standard business communication mediums using the English language
* Have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, including calculating percentages, interest, proportions, discounts, circumference, and volume using readily available office equipment
* Be able to solve reasonably anticipated general business problems, including those containing more than one variable
* Possess the physical capabilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the job, including sitting, using hands and fingers, talking, and hearing
* Be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
**Work Environment**
As a Customer Support Representative, you will work in a variety of environments, including:
* General office workspace(s)
* Factory floor space that may include working near manual and automatic devices/equipment used in the manufacture, processing, packaging, storage, transportation, and conveyance of a myriad of products
* Warehouse or other storage spaces that may be air-conditioned and/or heated, cooled (refrigerated locker), freezing (freezer locker), or ambient temperature
* Ground and air transport equipment
* Travel as required
