As a Data Entry Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of SAP and other data management systems, and will be responsible for a range of tasks including data migration, inventory management, work center creation, and maintenance plan updates. If you have a strong background in data entry, organizational skills, and technical skills, and are passionate about process improvement, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * **SAP Data Migration**: Recreate task lists in SAP using new cost centers, ensuring accurate data transfer and cross-referencing. * **Inventory Management**: Relabel stock room materials with updated stickers, organizing and tracking inventory. * **Work Center Creation**: Establish new work centers for MSE, MSM, and department operations, copying from existing centers and verifying cost centers and plant codes. * **Maintenance Plan Updates**: Modify cost centers and planning plants on maintenance plan items, ensuring data accuracy. * **Purchase Order Cleanup**: Collaborate with buyers to clean and close old purchase orders before the end of the year. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * **Data Entry**: Proficiency in data entry and typing, with high accuracy and attention to detail. * **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to organize and manage tasks effectively. * **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of computer software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word) and familiarity with data management systems. * **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and process issues. * **Communication**: Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. * **SAP Experience**: Prior experience with SAP is preferred but not mandatory. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * **Process Improvement**: Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools. * **Data Analysis**: Ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns. * **Project Management**: Experience with project management principles and practices. **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. * **Organizational Ability**: Strong ability to organize and manage tasks effectively. * **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of computer software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word) and familiarity with data management systems. * **Communication Skills**: Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. * **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and process issues. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees and providing opportunities for career growth and development.
