**Your Role at blithequark**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and their customers, handling a high volume of inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
* Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
* Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
* Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
* Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met
**Qualifications and Requirements**
We're looking for fearless and passionate individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 6 months of customer service experience, with a minimum of 6 months in a call center environment
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems and software
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Ability to recognize referral needs for customers
* Ability to work in an environment free from paper and electronics (outside of blithequark-provided equipment)
* Ability to have a dedicated workspace free of distractions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6 months of call center experience
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Availability to work various shifts
* Ability to use Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:
* Internet Connection Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps
+ Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
+ ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
+ Proof of internet speed required
* Clean and quiet workspace
