**Job Overview**
As a Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, offering the flexibility and autonomy you need to thrive in a dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
* Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
* Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges

**Qualifications**
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus, but not required
* High school diploma or GED required, with a strong foundation in basic math and computer skills
