Live Chat Support
                                This is a remote position.
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support representative at Nitex. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information in a timely manner
• Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team if needed
• Proactively engage with customers to upsell products and increase sales
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service or sales role preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of apparel and fashion industry trends is a plus
