Key Responsibilities
- Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform application data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for statuses, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
- Transfer data from various sources into electronic files and/or digital databases systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Sort and organize data, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Engage in either voice or non-voice processes, as required, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Verify information provided to our clients by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check information, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Perform additional duties and tasks as required by blithequark, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week starting immediately, committing to a full-time schedule.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and teamwork.
- Stable internet connection and a computer-savvy candidate is preferred, with the ability to support a work-from-home setup.
In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales or customer service experience.
- Previous data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and productivity.
