Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support to members, addressing their insurance-related needs and concerns.


• Help customers resolve technical issues and troubleshoot medical devices.


• Assist in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution.


• Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs, maintaining a strong customer focus.


• Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player, using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member.


• Be efficient in navigating multiple systems, delivering expert customer experiences with a smile.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation.


• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.


• A verifiable High School diploma or GED.


• Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.


• Proficiency in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.


• Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
