About the Role

As a Premier Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll handle a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers while driving sales growth and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or virtual chat, utilizing knowledge of blithequark's products and services to provide effective solutions.
  • Simplify complex customer issues, such as billing and rate plans, and provide clear explanations to instill confidence and loyalty.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues, including voice and data problems that span multiple networks and elements.
  • Engage with Tier 3 support, third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues and provide customer resolution.
  • Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service.
  • Get customers up and running with the latest products and services, such as air cards, USB devices, and blithequark-provided software and applications.
  • Meet monthly sales goals and deliver personalized recommendations to customers.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Advanced typing/keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate multiple tools and systems.
  • Flexibility to work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls.
  • A dedicated workspace that meets blithequark's work-from-home standards, including verified internet service and a direct LAN connection.
  • Ability to sit or stand for long durations (up to 8 hours) and engage with customers as dictated by business needs.
