About the Role

 - Submit applications and relay results to customers, keeping them informed throughout the process.
 - Identify situations requiring escalation and promptly refer customer calls to senior representatives or specialized teams.
 - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database for new and existing customers, ensuring data consistency and integrity.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Remote Account Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
 - A minimum of 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
