Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and text, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
 - Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in our system accurately and efficiently.
 - Notate each interaction with clients, add files to the client portal, and prepare forms as necessary, maintaining meticulous records.
 - Help resolve client issues with patience and professionalism, striving to exceed client expectations.
 - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that our customer service standards remain high, contributing to a positive team culture.
 
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess certain skills and qualities. While previous tax experience is not required (as we provide comprehensive training), having a background in customer service is essential. Here are the key qualifications we're looking for:
- Computer Proficiency: You must be highly proficient with computers, particularly with Windows, Microsoft Suite (especially Outlook), Adobe or other PDF-related software, and file management. Selected candidates will be required to pass a Computer Proficient Test to demonstrate their skills.
 - Customer Service Experience: A proven track record in customer service is crucial, with the ability to handle client inquiries and complaints effectively.
 - Tax Experience: While not mandatory, having experience in the tax industry is a plus, as it can provide a foundational understanding of the context in which you'll be working.
