About the Role: Content & Client Experience Specialist
We're seeking a driven and innovative Content & Client Experience Specialist to join our Intelligent Tech Exceptional Ventures team. This pivotal role will be at the forefront of creating and delivering a groundbreaking new tool designed to elevate the sales experience for both customers and sales staff across our global affiliates. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the development of content strategies that are informed by client experience data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging your expertise in content optimization and digital marketing to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map out the customer journey and collaborate with program leaders to identify the best strategies for meeting goals.
- Orchestrate content from various sources to create a cohesive and impactful sales enablement program.
- Develop a style guide, maintain a library of all association content, and track performance to inform future content strategies.
- Participate in rapid prototyping and testing to iterate and improve the sales experience.
- Collaborate with IT and Product Supervisory teams to develop solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BS/MS degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience working with content improvement teams and local partners, preferably in a geo-diverse environment.
- Deep understanding of blithequark product features, benefits, and applications.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex client experience data into effective content strategies.
- Experience with content management tools, including front-end and back-end solutions (Adobe Experience Director is a plus).
- Flexibility, ability to tolerate ambiguity, and a capacity to work in a highly matrixed environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in UI/UX and digital marketing principles to optimize content for sales.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer experience.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across regional and global teams.

Compensation and Benefits:
Our compensation package is designed to reward high performers and includes a competitive salary range ($35-$40/hour), bonuses, and stock grants.
