Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service to achieve the best resolution for the customer.
 - Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests, demonstrating a deep understanding of the products or services offered.
 - Utilize analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
 - Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills, ensuring that customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
 - Work collaboratively as a team player, respecting authority and contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
 - Maintain attention to detail, ensuring that customer interactions are accurately documented and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish (communication level) - native or near-native proficiency required.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
 - Customer-oriented and compassionate, with a strong desire to help customers and resolve their issues.
 - Patient, empathetic, and eager to help, with a strong ability to remain calm under pressure.
