- High-speed reliable Internet (35mbps Download speed or better) and a quiet, dedicated workspace
- Must score at least 70 on Internet Basics Assessment and be able to troubleshoot issues with equipment while working from home (Internet Familiarization Assessment required)
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish (pay rate available for qualified candidates)
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
