Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for greeting customers, operating the register, making purchase suggestions, and working with our food program. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate the register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Make purchase suggestions and promote products to customers
- Work with our food program to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain our high standards for store appearance and ensure a clean and safe shopping environment
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Interact with customers daily and work with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service to our customers. You should also be able to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and be willing to learn and have fun.

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with retail and customer service experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is also preferred. If you have sales associate or cashiering experience, we encourage you to apply.

Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead, and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. You should also be able to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, bend at the waist with some twisting, and grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands.
