Experienced Customer Service Agent – Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Night Shifts - Remote

As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will play a critical role in assigning trips, coordinating with dispatchers and Care Partners, and delivering exceptional service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
- Trip Assignment and Scheduling: Assign trips to dispatchers in our Health-E Rides system (approximately 700-900 per night), taking into account their daily schedules, breaks, and lunches.
 - Dispatcher Eligibility and Trip Stacking: Determine which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member and stack trips to contracted Care Partners.
 - Customer Service and Coordination: Answer inbound calls from members during evening hours, coordinate evening trips as they come in, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience.
 - Administrative Tasks: Assist with Care Partner-related administrative tasks, such as payment processing, and Level 1 administrative tickets in Zendesk.
 
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
 - Evening Shift Availability: Ability to work consistently reliable evening shifts, Monday (night) to Friday (night), 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM PT.
 - Technical Skills: Proficiency in using software systems, such as Health-E Rides and Zendesk, and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare Experience: Prior experience in the healthcare industry, either in transportation or a related field.
 - Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, which can be beneficial in communicating with members and dispatchers.
