Job Opportunity: Online Chat Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as an Online Chat Representative. As a Chat Representative at Blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Express genuine empathy and concern for customers' issues and address them as if they were your own.
  • Evaluate and Prioritize Customer Requests: Answer, evaluate, and prioritize requests from customers having questions or experiencing problems with services or products.
  • Identify High-Risk Situations: Ability to identify high-risk customer situations and escalate them appropriately without hesitation.
  • Multi-Tasking: Able to keep up with multiple chats at a time and accurately document all required information and chat details in the ticketing system.
  • Resolve Open Issues: Respond to and resolve open issues in an appropriate time frame.
  • Trend Identification: Ability to identify trends related to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalate them appropriately to management.
  • System Management: Ability to multi-task using multiple systems and skillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.
  • Availability and Punctuality: Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills and an ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Empathetic Approach: Empathetic approach to client interactions with a genuine desire to assist.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with ticketing systems, chat platforms, and other customer service tools.
