About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to lead the customer onboarding and migration experience, working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, teams, and third-party vendors. As a seasoned professional with a passion for travel and project management, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing regional and global projects, ensuring project readiness, and driving partnership success.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Own the customer onboarding and migration experience, ensuring seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Focus on customer needs and implement regional and global projects, utilizing project documents and following the SID implementation process.

  • Conduct project handover and readiness assessments with Solutions Design teams, identifying risks, actions, and follow-up items.

  • Design work breakdown structures and resource allocation plans, defining roles and responsibilities for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure client requirements are understood and documented for onward teams, including units, deployment, and traveler care.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring scope, approach, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Create a positive and collaborative environment, driving partnership and project success.

  • Manage project performance, communicating status, milestones, changes, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

  • Ensure E2E testing is completed, documented, and corrected successfully, meeting global testing plan standards.

  • Determine project call structure and manage Partner calls, attending and contributing to team calls.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:


  • Travel background and experience in the travel industry (essential).

  • Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix environment, managing across multiple geographies, functions, and time zones.

  • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to motivate project teams under pressure.

  • Business English proficiency; multi-lingual capability advantageous.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, negotiating, and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational skills, with multitasking, advance planning, and time management abilities.

  • Ability to drive change and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience collaborating across multiple functional groups and with operational SMEs.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with adaptability and flexibility.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and templates (e.g., OnePlan, SharePoint).

Activities and Task List

As a Customer Onboarding Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for various activities and tasks, including:


  • Readiness Assessment and Readiness Review Document.

  • Documentation Repository and SharePoint management.

  • Customer Kick Off Meeting and project plan management.

  • Project status reporting and launch reporting.

  • Global Test Plan management and closure & lessons learned.

What We Offer

Compensation and Benefits:

At blithequark, we're committed to providing competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packages. The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for:
