Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably within a live chat or online support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
